Zessen Wireless Remote Meter Reading System
Zessen Wireless Remote Meter Reading System
Product details

The Zessen wireless remote meter reading system can be widely used in remote meter reading systems for energy, water, electricity, and gas metering.

The traditional methods of data collection and transmission mainly include wired and wireless methodsThere are two types of GPRS. Wired wiring is used between buildings to transmit data to the property center and then to the information center through the property center's broadband network. The disadvantage is that the construction is complex, and the cost of troubleshooting in the later stage is high, especially in the renovation of existing buildings where construction is difficult. The wireless GPRS remote transmission method is not limited by distance and is easy to install, but due to the need for communication operator services, the later operating costs are relatively high. In addition, the design of GPRS system mainly meets the downstream communication requirements of users (browsing web pages, downloading music, etc.), and the upstream bandwidth is very small. However, meter reading data requires uploading the readings of each meter, which is mainly based on the above row data, thus limiting the reliability of data transmission.

Zessen has applied its mature world leading technology and product development experience in industrial wireless communication products to the civilian meter reading field, successfully achieving industrial grade high reliability broadband data transmission with zero communication costs. Zessen wireless meter products are installed on each residential building and connected to meters through a standard bus. Automatic wireless networking between collection devices, transmitting data to community property or collection points such as heat exchange stations, pressure stations, substations, etc., and then using wired broadband networks to transmit data to the information center. The wireless collector adopts a public free frequency band and does not require any payment. Data bandwidth reaches 250kbpsCan support every20Perform meter reading every minute. Industrial grade wireless communication technologies such as multi-channel, multi-path, and time synchronization are adopted to ensure the anti-interference, high reliability, and real-time transmission of the system. The system structure is shown in the following figure:

Wireless Collector

The collector is integrated withM-BusBus485Bus interface, reading meter data. The data collector has both wireless data transmission and routing functions. When there are obstacles or the distance between nodes and base stations is too far, data can be automatically relayed through other nodes. The wireless collector has the following functions:

1. Real time clock function, capable of automatic network timing and hourly reading

2. Data storage function, realizing local storage of data to prevent loss

3. Flexible configuration function, which can configure the reading time interval, connection table number, building number, and unit number function through the communication port.

concentrator

Responsible for receiving all data from the data collector. Can provide serial port connection to computers,

Or connect to the network base station to transmit data through the Internet.

The concentrator has the following functions:

1. Network transmission breakpoint resume function: When the network is unexpectedly interrupted, breakpoint resume can be implemented to improve transmission efficiency.

2. Query function: Supports the client's query and meter reading function for a single meter.

Network base station

Through the internet or3GThe network card directly connects to the Internet and transmits the data collected by the concentrator to the remote monitoring center.

Network base stations have the following functions:

1. SDCard data storage function:8GCapacity ofSDThe card can store meter readings for one year.

2.Wired and wireless transmission methods are optional, providing standardsRJ45Network interface orUSBInterface (Connection)3GNetwork equipment).

ZessenRemote data collection and retrieval management software

The remote data collection management software adopts a browser and server architecture. Users can easily access the management software remotely by typing the server address on a web browser, without the need to install specialized software, just like accessing the internet normally. At the same time, it supports remote access from smartphones and handheld computers, facilitating users' mobile usage needs.

ZessenThe management software has the following functions:

1. Multi user and multi permission management. Different users can see the management content within their permission range to prevent information leakage.

2. Real time display of data. All copied data is displayed intuitively on the page.

3. Historical data query and summary. Support historical usage data queries and stage summaries for users, buildings, and residential areas, and can generate reports in Excel format.

4. Historical curve display. It can intuitively display the user's usage situation, facilitating production analysis and summary.

5. Alarm information management. Users can customize alarm conditions and search for abnormal situations such as table and pipeline failures.

6. Management of instrument replacement. After the replacement of the instrument, the system automatically records and corrects the readings, reducing losses and facilitating management.

7. Users can add community, building, and other information on their own to facilitate system maintenance and use to the greatest extent possible.

Product advantages

zeroCommunication fees

Use open and free frequency bands.

resistinterfere

By using multiple channels for parallel transmission, even if some channels are interfered with, communication can still be maintained smoothly on other channels, improving anti-interference performance.

tallreliable

Network nodes have the characteristics of self-organizing networks. Each node can not only serve as a collection and transmission node, but also relay data for other nodes. Each node maintains two communication paths with the base station to ensure reliability.

broadCoverage

The coverage radius of the Zhenlan multi hop self-organizing wireless network exceeds5 kilometers, meeting the coverage requirements of the vast majority of residential areas.

convenienceDuring construction

Wireless data transmission is used between buildings, without the need for wiring or digging trenches. The wireless data collector automatically forms a network, without the need for manual setup, and is easy to install and maintain.

strongExtensibility

When the scale of the community expands, the corresponding increase in the number of meters and meter collectors can complete the expansion of the automatic meter reading system.

Among them, the base station is placed in the property office and transmits data to the information center through a wired network. Wireless data collectors are placed on the roofs of each building to transmit all data from the building to the base station through a wireless ad hoc network. When the distance between the building and the base station is too far, the network can automatically organize into multiple relay networks for transmission. For example, the diagram2centre2Building can be accessed through9The collector in the building acts as a relay to transmit data to the base station. exist13Next to the building, a specific description is given of the use of485Schematic diagram of wired connection for meter reading.
